The rules for accessing and using The Anomaly’s website, membership, community, and tools.
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The Anomaly, including our website, Whop membership, Discord community, course content, livestreams, AI tools, virtual rewards system, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By purchasing, joining, accessing, or using The Anomaly, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
2. Description of Services
The Anomaly provides educational content related to trading and financial markets. The Services may include digital course content, written lessons, videos, livestreams, Discord community access, AI question-answering tools, homework systems, live educational sessions, and gamified community rewards.
The Anomaly does not provide financial advice, investment advice, trading signals, portfolio management, brokerage services, account management, or personalised recommendations.
Memberships, payments, and access may be managed through third-party platforms such as Whop. Community access may be provided through Discord. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms and policies.
3. Eligibility
The Services are intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 and legally able to enter into these Terms.
4. Educational Purposes Only
All content, commentary, examples, AI bot responses, Discord messages, charts, livestreams, and discussions are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. Nothing provided by The Anomaly is financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice.
5. No Financial Advice
The Anomaly is not a registered investment adviser, financial adviser, broker-dealer, asset manager, or financial institution. Nothing in the Services should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, short, trade, or otherwise transact in any asset.
Trading and investing involve significant risk, including the potential loss of your entire investment. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and outcomes.
6. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Whop, Discord, and related account credentials. Your membership is personal to you. You must not share, resell, transfer, sublicense, or provide access to your account or the Services to anyone else.
7. Community Conduct
You agree to behave respectfully and lawfully in the community. You must not harass others, post hateful or abusive content, spam, advertise without permission, impersonate others, leak private content, manipulate community systems, or disrupt the Services.
We may remove content, issue warnings, suspend users, or terminate access at our discretion.
8. ANOMALY Virtual Currency and Rewards
The Anomaly may include a gamified rewards system using a virtual community currency called ANOMALY. Members may earn ANOMALY through eligible participation, education, homework completion, event attendance, or other activities we choose to recognise.
ANOMALY has no cash value. It is not legal tender, cryptocurrency, a security, an investment product, a financial instrument, property, or stored value. It cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged for cash, withdrawn, or redeemed outside the options we make available inside The Anomaly.
We may set, change, pause, reduce, reverse, expire, remove, or discontinue ANOMALY balances, earning rates, reward rules, redemption options, and eligibility requirements at any time. We may also adjust balances to correct errors, prevent abuse, enforce rules, maintain fairness, or protect the integrity of the community.
Abuse of the rewards system is prohibited. This includes farming, spam, alt accounts, automated activity, fake participation, exploiting bugs, manipulating event attendance, or any attempt to gain rewards dishonestly. Abuse may result in removal of ANOMALY, cancellation of redemptions, suspension, termination, or loss of access without refund.
9. Reward Redemptions
ANOMALY may be redeemable for certain community perks, such as membership extensions, live-analysis access, giveaway entries, or other benefits we choose to offer. Redemption options are discretionary and may change or be removed at any time.
Rewards are subject to availability, eligibility, approval, fraud checks, and platform limitations. A displayed or submitted redemption does not guarantee fulfilment. We may reject, reverse, or cancel redemptions where we believe there has been abuse, error, ineligibility, payment issues, chargebacks, or rule violations.
10. AI Bot and Automated Tools
The Services may include AI-powered tools or bots designed to answer questions related to course materials. AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances. AI tools do not provide financial advice, trading signals, or personalised recommendations.
You must not submit sensitive personal information, account credentials, payment details, private financial data, or confidential information to the AI bot.
11. Intellectual Property
All content provided by The Anomaly, including course materials, livestreams, recordings, frameworks, written lessons, Discord posts by staff, AI-assisted educational outputs, branding, logos, and website content, is owned by The Anomaly or its licensors.
You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access the Services for private educational use only. You must not copy, record, reproduce, distribute, publish, resell, leak, scrape, modify, or create derivative works from the Services without prior written consent.
12. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit, such as messages, comments, feedback, reviews, or testimonials. By submitting content, you grant The Anomaly a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, display, publish, and share that content for operating, improving, and promoting the Services, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
13. Membership, Billing, and Renewals
Payments, subscriptions, and access may be processed through Whop or other third-party providers. By purchasing, you agree to the pricing, billing cycle, renewal terms, and cancellation terms shown at checkout.
Where subscriptions renew automatically, you are responsible for cancelling before the renewal date if you do not want to be charged again.
14. Refunds
Unless stated otherwise at checkout or required by law, all sales are final once access has been granted. This includes subscriptions, renewals, lifetime memberships, discounted offers, digital products, Discord access, AI bot access, and reward-related access.
ANOMALY balances and rewards have no cash value and do not entitle you to refunds, cash alternatives, or payment credits unless we expressly choose otherwise.
15. Third-Party Services
The Services may rely on third-party platforms including Whop, Discord, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics providers, AI infrastructure providers, and other tools. We are not responsible for third-party platforms, availability, policies, security, content, errors, or conduct.
16. Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, remove, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including course content, livestream schedules, Discord channels, AI tools, ANOMALY reward rules, redemption options, pricing, and platform providers. We do not guarantee that any specific feature or benefit will remain available indefinitely.
17. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms, breached community rules, shared content, abused the rewards system, initiated fraudulent chargebacks, misused AI tools, harmed the community, or violated applicable law.
Termination does not entitle you to a refund. On termination, any ANOMALY balance, pending redemption, or community reward may be cancelled or removed.
18. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, security, and error-free operation.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Anomaly and its operators, staff, contractors, partners, and affiliates will not be liable for trading losses, investment losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, financial losses, loss of data, indirect damages, consequential damages, or punitive damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
20. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Anomaly and its operators, staff, contractors, partners, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, violation of law, misuse of content, misuse of the rewards system, or trading and financial decisions.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
