How billing, cancellations, and refunds work for The Anomaly’s digital access.
1. Digital Access
The Anomaly provides digital educational content, Discord community access, AI tools, and related online services. Once access is granted, you receive immediate access to digital value.
2. Final Sale Policy
Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise at checkout, all sales are final once access has been granted. This includes subscriptions, renewals, lifetime memberships, discounted purchases, promotional offers, Discord access, course access, AI bot access, and other digital services.
3. Subscription Cancellations
If you purchase a recurring subscription, you are responsible for cancelling before your next billing date through Whop or the relevant billing provider. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous payments.
4. ANOMALY Rewards
ANOMALY rewards, balances, and redemptions have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for refunds, cash, withdrawals, payment credits, or other compensation unless we expressly choose otherwise.
If access is terminated, payment is disputed, or rewards abuse is detected, ANOMALY balances and pending redemptions may be cancelled or removed.
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Fraudulent chargebacks, payment disputes, or abuse of the payment process may result in immediate termination of access, cancellation of rewards, and loss of pending redemptions. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks and provide evidence of access, usage, and agreement to our policies.
6. Exceptional Cases
We may, at our sole discretion, consider refunds in exceptional circumstances. Any refund offered does not create an obligation to provide refunds in the future.
